You’ll define monitoring thresholds, support the ATO process, and collaborate with government personnel to drive monitoring improvements on enterprise platforms, leveraging SolarWinds, Splunk, and AppDynamics in a TS/SCI environment.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Provide real-time system monitoring, alerting, and data collection for infrastructure services; define monitoring usage, data collection, and alert thresholds with client/server teams
•Maintain technical integrity of monitoring deliverables within the engineering domain
•Lead design and development activities for enterprise monitoring across Linux/Windows, applications, SNMP, and log monitoring; may serve in a project leadership role
•Ensure monitoring reports feed data to the enterprise monitor-of-monitors platform and analytics systems
•Collaborate with government and program staff on engineering considerations, requirements, and roadmap for emerging technologies

Key Requirements

•Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain and maintain CI Polygraph
•DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, CCNA Security)
•Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline and 10+ years’ experience, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, or training
•Familiarity with existing EM technologies (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk) and ability to learn more complex platforms (e.g., Cisco AppDynamics)
•Experience with API integrations and processes; strong Windows Server administration
