  • •Develop and execute reliability validation and qualification plans for new product development and sustaining engineering projects, including life, robustness, and safety testing.
  • •Monitor test progress, analyze results, and drive closure of identified reliability risks for mechanical/mechatronics subsystems.
  • •Perform root cause analysis of product and test failures using structured problem-solving methodologies and collaborate on corrective actions with design and supplier teams.
  • •Participate in Design for Reliability (DfR), including support for FMEA/FMECA and reliability risk assessments, and review designs for potential reliability concerns.
  • •Partner across design engineering, systems engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and global reliability teams; present reliability recommendations and support qualification of new components and supplier changes.
