Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide accurate expense reporting, analysis, and forecasting support across multiple regions by partnering with Finance and business stakeholders.
  • •Run monthly forecasting, annual planning, and long-range expense outlook activities.
  • •Perform detailed variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Produce management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leader decision-making.
  • •Validate cost allocation methodologies and intercompany charging processes, investigate unusual trends, and ensure reporting data accuracy and governance compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • •6+ years of experience in FP&A, expense management, financial analysis, performance management, or a related finance function.
  • •Strong experience managing budgets, forecasts, expense reporting, and financial performance reviews.
  • •Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, reconciliations, trend analysis, and large dataset management.
  • •Experience with planning, reporting, and visualization tools such as Power BI, SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan, Planview, or similar platforms.
