Senior Branch Manager

Lead day-to-day branch performance in Ewa Beach by aligning sales strategy with customer experience and building strong local relationships. Manage 30–50 associates, drive sales goal achievement, and ensure safe, efficient operations. Own key vendor and supplier relationships, coach sales representatives on existing accounts and new opportunities, and develop pricing input, budgets, and short- and long-term sales plans based on market and customer insights.
