Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement testing and evaluation methods, creating test plans from production specifications and requirements.
  • •Troubleshoot test, quality, and device performance issues using analog circuit analysis and ATE debug knowledge.
  • •Develop test processes, fixtures, and software for automated test equipment to optimize production use.
  • •Support new multi-factory manufacturing test and assembly flows.
  • •Perform yield analysis and work with fabs on yield improvements, including analyzing solution robustness via correlated performance and verification techniques.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical & computer engineering, mathematics, physics (or a related field).
  • •Minimum cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA (or higher).
  • •Knowledge of USP and Testware (e.g., Eagle 364/500, LTX Fusion, Catalyst, Agilent 407x, Ultraflex).
  • •Knowledge of ATE and exposure to ATE platforms (ETS364, ETS500, LTX Fusion HFI/HT, Teradyne Catalyst/UltraFlex, Agilent 4062/4071).
  • •Strong communication skills plus analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability, with teamwork and initiative.
