Key Responsibilities

  • •Design agent architecture, review evaluation strategy, and provide best-practice production guidance.
  • •Co-build with customer engineering teams across the Agent Development Lifecycle in outcome-scoped engagements.
  • •Embed within customer teams for extended engagements, operating as a de facto org member to ship agent systems.
  • •Deliver end-to-end agent engineering: architecture design, orchestration patterns, evals, custom conversational UIs, and production deployment.
  • •Apply AI methods including post-training, supervised fine-tuning, harness engineering, trace mining, and model selection/evaluation.

Key Requirements
