Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance for the Air Force fleet of assigned aircraft, including maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
  • •Interpret technical data (blueprints/manufacturer manuals) to troubleshoot and determine corrective actions for aircraft systems and equipment malfunctions.
  • •Maintain, repair, and modify aircraft structures, structural components, and engines of complex difficulty.
  • •Record and correct aircraft discrepancies in accordance with approved maintenance procedures and Air Force aircraft records procedures.
  • •Provide technical guidance to lower-level technicians, maintain a clean workplace, and support aircraft recovery missions as needed.

Salary: USD 57.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School diploma or equivalent.
  • •Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License for a minimum of two years.
  • •Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • •Must be able to read, write and speak English, and interpret instructions from technical manuals and blueprints.
  • •Physical capability to work in tight spaces/heights and lift up to 75 lbs, and work with little or no supervision.
