Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop project plans to deliver business requirements as requested by the Lead Production Planning Engineer.
  • •Monitor Technical Operations workflows and manage capacity planning to maintain aircraft serviceability and technical dispatch reliability.
  • •Manage capacity planning tools, review monthly capacity trends for Line & Light Maintenance, and draft budget plans for additional resources as required.
  • •Monitor and review the 14-day WLC, participate in production and event meetings, and support decision-making for AOG and planned casualty input needs.
  • •Coordinate with stakeholders to arrange required infrastructure and facilities (e.g., hangar, cranes, dockings, special tools, parking bays) in time to meet maintenance demands.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or related field) with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Diploma/Aircraft License with 3-5 years of experience in aviation maintenance planning.
  • •Familiarity with maintenance forecasting tools and software, with experience in AMOS as a plus.
  • •Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, particularly in maintenance planning.
  • •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • •Ability to ensure work is completed according to approved manuals in a safe manner and follow the Safety & Quality Management Manual (SQMM).
