Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive revenue growth and market development through direct sales to MFMs, Ob/Gyns, and Genetic Counselors.
  • •Conduct prospecting and cultivate and maintain key relationships within your geography.
  • •Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly across current products and new launches.
  • •Provide clinical insight and educational support/training on the technical applications of company products in clinical and/or surgical environments.
  • •Complete required HIPAA/PHI privacy, compliance, and security training within the first 30 days and maintain current training status.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related healthcare field (BSN or similar) is required.
  • •Minimum 3 years of physician sales experience in the diagnostic laboratory business (preferably genetics).
  • •Background in medical or biological sciences, with clinical diagnostics preferred.
  • •Market knowledge and experience selling to OB/GYN or MFM strongly preferred.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, Gmail, and SalesForce.com.
