Job Summary

Provide clinical insight and hands-on educational support for technical applications of company products within a defined women’s health territory. Drive revenue growth by prospecting, building, and maintaining relationships with MFMs, Ob/Gyns, and Genetic Counselors, and execute strategic business plans to expand adoption across current offerings and new product launches. Ensure compliance training (including HIPAA/PHI privacy) and maintain current Natera training requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive revenue growth and market development through direct sales to MFMs, Ob/Gyns, and Genetic Counselors.
•Conduct prospecting and cultivate and maintain key relationships within your geography.
•Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly across current products and new launches.
•Provide clinical insight and educational support/training on the technical applications of company products in clinical and/or surgical environments.
•Complete required HIPAA/PHI privacy, compliance, and security training within the first 30 days and maintain current training status.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related healthcare field (BSN or similar) is required.
•Minimum 3 years of physician sales experience in the diagnostic laboratory business (preferably genetics).
•Background in medical or biological sciences, with clinical diagnostics preferred.
•Market knowledge and experience selling to OB/GYN or MFM strongly preferred.
•Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, Gmail, and SalesForce.com.
