Job Summary

Support the CFO organization in designing and operating a formal AI intake, evaluation, prioritization, governance, and portfolio reporting process. Coordinate AI demand intake and approval workflows, run governance routines and portfolio reviews, and provide executive transparency into pipeline health, risks, and delivery progress. Track realized business benefits, align processes to ERM/MRM and control expectations, and help drive responsible AI adoption through change enablement and Copilot rollout support.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and manage a formal AI intake and prioritization process across the CFO organization.
•Ensure AI use cases include documented business objectives, value, risks, data readiness, and control requirements; coordinate review and approval workflows.
•Prepare materials and support regular portfolio reviews and governance routines, including reporting, decision logs, and follow-up actions.
•Support CFO governance forums by preparing reporting on AI pipeline health, portfolio priorities, approval status, risks, and delivery progress.
•Track realized business benefits and help drive responsible AI adoption through change champion network coordination and Copilot rollout support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 120,000 annually

•Experience in project management, portfolio management, governance, business analysis, finance operations, technology delivery, risk, controls, or a related function

•Familiarity with AI governance, enterprise risk management, model risk management, controls, or regulatory expectations
