Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to prioritize and scope the roadmap and upcoming initiatives.
  • •Drive end-to-end design from user research and wireframing through high-fidelity visual design and prototypes.
  • •Run iterative design experiments across onboarding and app experiences to improve conversion, retention, and engagement.
  • •Design user-centered, visually appealing mobile interfaces that adhere to Apple and Android design guidelines.
  • •Use product analytics and experimentation to inform design decisions and deliver intuitive experiences with cross-functional partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Exceptional visual design skills and strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layouts, variables).
  • •Strong experience iterating on and working within existing design systems.
  • •Proven experience designing mobile applications for both Apple and Android platforms and collaborating with Marketing.
  • •Comfort using analytics and data-driven experimentation to guide product improvements (Amplitude, Tableau).
  • •Experience running usability tests (Maze, Great Question or similar) and interpreting qualitative/quantitative research for experiments.
