Job Summary

Own one or more 300mm lithography toolsets in Intel’s Ocotillo Technology Fabrication (OTF) high-volume manufacturing. You’ll ensure safety and cleanliness, maintain copy exactly and excursion-free tool performance, review control charts daily, and deliver Model of Record availability with 100% matching. Lead process development for new technology start-ups, drive continuous improvement across quality, yield, reliability, stability, productivity, and safety, and support factory startup and technology transfers.

Key Responsibilities

•Own all aspects of one or more factory 300mm toolsets, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and copy exactly for the toolset.
•Review control charts and tool output daily to keep toolsets and layers excursion-free; deliver Model of Record availability and 100% matching for relevant operations.
•Lead process development work for new technology start-ups, including tool installations, conversions, and qualifications; sustain matching performance.
•Drive continuous improvement across toolset health and matching by maintaining and executing an improvement roadmap.
•Set up process control systems and support volume ramp, factory startup, technology transfers, and may work day or night shift as an on-shift engineer to support toolset needs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, or related STEM field with 4+ years of experience (or Master’s with 2+ years, or PhD).
•Semiconductor engineering experience, including high-volume manufacturing ramp and technology transfer support.
•Semiconductor process engineering experience in high-volume manufacturing, process development, or technology transfer.
•Experience with lithography, patterning, process control, or yield improvement.
•Experience troubleshooting manufacturing issues using statistical analysis and data-driven problem solving.
