Key Responsibilities

  • •Set infrastructure strategy and lead a global team to deliver standards and capabilities.
  • •Define and implement AWS multi-region resilience options aligned to client RTO/RPO, including active/passive and active/active where justified.
  • •Partner with regional operations teams on repeatable deployment patterns and working arrangements.
  • •Lead delivery capability for Azure deployment using practical experience across AWS and Azure.
  • •Establish SRE, reliability, and observability practices and standardize connectivity patterns for schemes and providers where regional needs allow.

Key Requirements

  • •Senior leadership experience building infrastructure or platform engineering teams and influencing regional partners.
  • •Strong production AWS experience, including multi-region resilience and recovery design.
  • •Hands-on delivery of production infrastructure to AWS, including experience delivering to Azure.
  • •Experience translating RTO/RPO requirements into workable designs and tested recovery plans.
  • •Strong judgement in cloud networking, Kubernetes or comparable platforms, infrastructure as code, and secure operations.
