Key Responsibilities

  • •Interface with and coordinate work activities between PCM maintenance supervisors, plant maintenance, engineering, operations, and contractors.
  • •Plan jobs, track work progress, and update project critical path schedules while communicating daily schedule changes to the 4-week Scheduler.
  • •Utilize computer applications including Microsoft Project, Excel and Word, TRIS, EMPRV, P3e and API.
  • •Supervise, train, and appraise crews for maintenance, replacement, installation, and removal of equipment and related structures.
  • •Perform administrative duties and special assignments as required, including relieving other plant supervisory positions as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of equipment maintenance experience with a journeyman background required.

  • •Computer experience required, including familiarity with Windows-based applications; selected applicants must take the First Line Supervisor Test for eligibility.
