•Develop the big-picture for product and platform architecture and make complex relationships understandable for others.
•Shape software architectures for Miele products in close collaboration with development, product, plants, and the platform.
•Communicate architecture decisions clearly to involved areas to ensure development, implementation, and coordination work together smoothly.
•Lead technical analysis for system problems by bringing the right people together and making root causes visible.
•Participate in agile alignment, reviews, demos, and refinements, and document decisions transparently while checking architecture compliance via technology governance.

Key Requirements

•Completed degree, ideally focused on software development, electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable technical field.
•Several years of experience developing complex software or system architectures to confidently make technical decisions.
•Interest in embedded software, system architectures, and technical interfaces—beyond details, considering how the full product works together.
•Proficiency with development tools, debugging, documentation, and technical specifications, plus quick onboarding to specialized software.
•Ability to stay clear in complex error situations, structure analysis, and communicate so development teams and stakeholders can act.
