Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring top standards across presentation, security, safety, cleaning, engineering, facilities, and ambience. Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and customers, coordinate on-site issues, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability requirements. Monitor and report operational performance, maintain documentation, collaborate with centralized teams, and support sustainability initiatives and organizational policies.
