Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Works Council engagement and consultation processes across EMEA, including planning, meeting preparation, facilitation, materials, Q&A, and follow-through actions.
  • •Assess works council and consultation implications of regional, functional, and enterprise changes, accounting for country-specific requirements, employee impact, sequencing, legal risk, and communications.
  • •Manage complex ER casework, investigations, and operational escalations; advise leaders and HRBPs on performance management, grievances, disciplinary action, and other sensitive matters.
  • •Build partnerships across EMEA and maintain clear intake, governance, and operating processes for ER and Works Council matters.
  • •Provide ER-related trainings for managers and use data to identify ER trends and deliver preventative training and systems/process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive EMEA employee relations experience managing complex, sensitive matters across multiple countries.
  • •Proven track record managing relationships with multiple works councils and leading consultations with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Experience developing and implementing ER practices, guidelines, and regulations to ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures.
  • •Strong knowledge of employment law and ER practices, including country-specific consultation requirements across EMEA.
  • •Experience mentoring and supporting team members.
