  • •Lead teams to define staffing plans and determine hiring needs based on attrition, surge, and emerging customer requirements.
  • •Manage candidate screening and interview coordination, including professional experience, education, and certifications to meet labor category requirements.
  • •Maintain accurate PMT/roster entries for credentialing status, clearances, and labor hours; monitor vacancies/absences and escalate risks within required timeframes.

Key Requirements
