•Build and maintain robust financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning and day-to-day operational decision-making
•Shape and communicate the company’s financial narrative through materials for investor updates, board presentations, and internal leadership reviews
•Support capital markets readiness by building financial scenarios, aligning internal metrics to external positioning, and preparing for potential fundraising or strategic transactions
•Partner with business leaders to evaluate the financial feasibility and strategic implications of key initiatives, including market expansion, product development, and strategic transactions such as partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A
•Analyse business performance to identify drivers, surface issues, and drive actions that strengthen execution and enable sustained, profitable growth

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or a related field
•5+ years of experience across strategic finance, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
•Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, with the ability to build and adapt models for strategic and operational decision-making
•Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems, distill business implications, and develop actionable recommendations
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
