Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the structure, documentation, and maintenance of the ICS Compliance Program to define how compliance risk is identified, assessed, controlled, monitored, reported, and remediated.
  • •Define compliance risk metrics and reporting standards and produce program-level reporting on themes, control gaps, and focus areas.
  • •Translate enterprise compliance policies into practical first-line procedures, playbooks, and guidance, improving usability and reducing duplication.
  • •Build and maintain a role-based regulatory awareness curriculum, using completion data, assessments, and feedback to improve training effectiveness.
  • •Establish communities of practice, coordinate regulatory change impact assessments, and support delivery of corrective actions and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, controls, audit, legal, governance, regulatory change, or a related role in financial services or another regulated environment.
