Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess finished-goods costing across seasonal milestones and ensure accuracy of BOM, process costs, materials, yields, labor, overhead, and logistics assumptions.
  • •Conduct cost variance and sensitivity analyses to identify drivers and propose cost optimization actions.
  • •Collaborate with shoe factory costing teams to gather cost breakdowns, resolve discrepancies, and validate yield and tooling assumptions.
  • •Support should-cost analysis and challenge quotes using data-driven benchmarks.
  • •Manage costing submissions, track updates/approvals/change history, and maintain costing databases and models for consistency and audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in Footwear product costing.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • •Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, modeling).
  • •Strong analytical and numerical ability to interpret complex cost data.
  • •Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
