Key Responsibilities

•Own the commercial relationship as the primary C-suite point of contact and anchor Celonis to the customer’s long-term strategic agenda.
•Develop and execute expansion roadmaps to drive ARR and NRR growth across business units, geographies, use cases, and platform capabilities.
•Lead commercial negotiations for expansions, renewals, and multi-year enterprise agreements in partnership with Deal Desk and Legal.
•Partner with CVP and Value Engineering to convert adoption milestones and realized value into renewal confidence and expansion urgency through executive business reviews.
•Embed Celonis within the customer’s AI strategy by connecting Process Intelligence to LLM, automation, and agentic AI investments, and proactively mitigate commercial risk through transformation.

Key Requirements

•12+ years in enterprise SaaS sales or strategic account management, including at least 5 years managing accounts with $5M+ ARR.
•Experience growing ARR within named accounts over multi-year horizons, expanding platform footprint beyond renewals.
•Credibility to engage on industry-specific challenges and transformation priorities, with strong enterprise C-suite presence.
•Ability to navigate enterprise transformations (e.g., ERP consolidations, cloud migrations, M&A, organizational restructuring) while maintaining commercial momentum.
•Fluency in business case construction (ROI modeling, TCO analysis, value benchmarking) and comfort with long deal cycles and ambiguity.
