Maintain and service air conditioning systems, including AHUs, FCUs, split A/Cs, and deep freezers. Keep accurate A/C log books, clean filters regularly, and change filters yearly. Perform routine and breakdown maintenance plus preventive maintenance on all A/C equipment, checking components such as belts. Coordinate day-to-day issues with the maintenance in charge and support long-term system improvement planning.
