Job Summary

Maintain and repair Carvana’s Class 8 day-cab and trailer fleet as part of the Fleet Maintenance team. Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and component replacements, use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot electrical, engine, and transmission issues, and handle aftertreatment (DEF/emissions) repairs, regens, and filter changes. Collaborate to keep accurate records and minimize downtime while ensuring the fleet remains DOT compliant.

•3+ years of experience with Heavy-Duty Class 8 trucks and trailers (or similar equipment).
•Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for diesel engines, transmissions, and vehicle systems.
•Experience with aftertreatment systems and electrical diagnostics.
•A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and ability to perform physical maintenance tasks.
•Two ASE Certifications within the first 6 months of employment.
