Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop short- and long-term plans aligned with strategic and annual profit objectives to drive operational performance and financial results.
  • •Lead operational management and functional staff across Quality, Finance, OPEX, Environmental Health & Safety, Human Resources, and Supply Chain.
  • •Establish objectives and drive KPIs and continuous improvement across balanced scorecard indicators.
  • •Lead Lean/Six Sigma cost improvement initiatives (Kaizen, VSM, 5S+) and manage inventory to profit plan, including Supply Demand Planning (SIOP) and forecasting.
  • •Champion EHS for a zero-incident safety culture, lead quality escalations and early detection, and foster a culture of customer responsiveness and innovation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
  • •10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership with accountability across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and/or OPEX functions in a manufacturing environment.
  • •5+ years of manager of people experience.
  • •Ability to travel 75% to Minden, LA for training during the first 18 months in role.
