Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, from planning through closeout.
  • •Work with clients to prepare scope, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, project schedules and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Conduct standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend pre-qualified delivery resources to clients.
  • •Implement project documentation governance, ensure project data integrity, and coordinate accurate, timely documentation.
  • •Direct the project delivery team, create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule, and track status, variances, threats, and mitigation plans.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience (or a combination of experience and education).
  • •Strong experience in ground-up construction and MEP infrastructure.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • •Experience with Kahua or similar project management software and D365 or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
