•Transform TikTok’s CRM into an enterprise-ready, market-leading SaaS platform using industry best practices.
•Design scalable technical solutions based on users’ personalized requests.
•Build a globalized CRM system with high performance and availability across multiple regions.
•Collaborate with a global team of product managers to deliver sales, marketing, and analytics tools.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or related fields.
•1+ years of experience building scalable systems.
•Familiarity with ElasticSearch and key/value stores such as Redis or Memcached is a plus.
•Experience with message queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or RocketMQ is a plus.
•Professional experience with relational databases such as MySQL or Postgres is preferred.
