•Lead teams of 20+ beauty advisors, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring operational excellence.
•Drive a high-performance selling culture to exceed KPIs and elevate team capabilities through coaching and development.
•Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions, collaborating with Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Senior Beauty Advisors.
•Facilitate open communication within the team and maintain dialogue with the wider management group.
•Serve as the Client Experience Lead (CEL), overseeing client and team matters and making critical store decisions.

•Extensive retail management experience including managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management and training, stock control, and visual merchandising.

•Deep passion for delivering exceptional client service and an experiential retail environment.
•Willing to work a rotating roster including late nights, weekends and public holidays.
