Drive client success and growth for plaintiff law firm customers using Eve’s AI-native legal technology. Own onboarding, product adoption, retention, and expansion goals—meeting satisfaction targets and improving case/matter utilization. Generate ROI-focused case studies, develop new product use cases, and relay client feedback to shape the product roadmap. Partner closely with customer teams through consultative support and proactive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive adoption, retention, and expansion of Eve’s solutions among law firm clients and maintain client satisfaction above 90%.
•Enable teams to adopt Eve within 90 days or less.
•Maximize case/matter utilization and feature adoption (including increasing engagement and adoption of key features).
•Generate 5+ annual case studies demonstrating ROI and develop 3+ new product use cases yearly.
•Provide client feedback to inform the product roadmap and maintain relationships to achieve 90%+ retention.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Comprehensive knowledge of law firm operations, compliance, and legal industry trends.
•Mastery of legal tech solutions (especially Eve) and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical professionals.
•Strong analytical skills using legal-specific metrics and effectively presenting insights.
•Excellent project coordination and communication skills with a consultative approach.
•5+ years of Customer Success experience with a proven ability to manage high-value relationships (ideally mid-size to enterprise).
