Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a cross-functional team to execute product releases and ensure successful return on investment for each development.
  • •Plan projects in MS Project and manage budget, schedule, and milestone execution from Assess Opportunity through Release to Market.
  • •Coordinate with wafer fabrication, assembly & test sites, and external support organizations to ensure schedule, cost, and quality.
  • •Provide weekly and monthly updates to senior management and interact with customers on project status and key milestones.
  • •Drive qualification plans, perform product reliability/characterization, and coordinate failure analysis to determine root cause of reliability/qualification failures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,500 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, ECE, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •2+ years of engineering experience with project engineering/management experience on highly complex products/projects.
  • •Proven leadership capabilities leading multifaceted global organizations.
  • •Successful track record in indirect management and influence.
  • •Preferred: ability to coordinate global development teams across design, silicon fabrication, production test development, qualification, and production ramp.
