Mutual Funds Customer Service Representative

Serve as a liaison between mutual fund clients and financial intermediaries, supporting electronic trading, broker/dealer servicing, and account maintenance. Process mutual fund transactions and trade exceptions, manage account transfers, and facilitate money movement daily. Deliver exceptional internal and external client service while researching and resolving operational issues. Support mutual fund, ETF, and closed-end fund operations to ensure accurate, timely processing.
