Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical project supervision and manage administrative, commercial, and technical components of electric utility and power delivery infrastructure projects.
  • •Oversee full project lifecycle work (feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout) in compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
  • •Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams delivering distribution lines, feeders, substations, and grid infrastructure upgrades.
  • •Develop and manage scopes, cost estimates, schedules, resource plans, and project documentation including safety, risk management, and QA/QC procedures.
  • •Monitor financial performance (including margin analysis and EVM), manage risks/change/scope control, and provide reporting to clients and leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of relevant post-education experience, preferably in power delivery/utility project management or overhead distribution/transmission/substation design.
  • •Strong understanding of utility operations, power systems engineering, and electrical distribution design.
  • •Familiarity with NERC, IEEE standards, NEC codes, and utility regulatory requirements.
  • •Experience delivering EPC capital programs and infrastructure projects with tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6, plus financial tracking and reporting.
