Job Summary

Store Team Lead role overseeing daily store operations in a high-traffic retail environment. •Deliver outstanding service to customers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
•Proactively contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment that encourages sharing of suggestions, ideas and concerns
•Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet store deadlines, ensuring follow up on daily activities within the building
•Learn and assist in various store departments including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management
•Support team members in daily execution of retail operations (POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty promotions, and maintaining cleanliness)

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30,800 - 35,800 annually

Key Requirements

•At least A Level / Diploma or above preferred
•Minimum 3 to 4 years of total retail experience; preference for candidates with store leadership roles
•Professional working proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage

•Flexible to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
