Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide 1:1 coaching in structured 6-session journeys delivered fortnightly over ~3 months, one hour per session.
  • •Run Breakthrough Sessions: focused 60-minute sessions for specific decisions or pressure points.
  • •Design and deliver group coaching programs, including a 3-month program focused on self-confidence and resilience.
  • •Facilitate leadership programs and team coaching requests (typically 90 minutes to 2 hours) as part of broader development journeys.
  • •Contribute by designing coaching experiences and resources, sharing specialist expertise, and participating in team meetings and working groups.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of dedicated professional 1:1 coaching experience where coaching is the primary role.
  • •Completed formal, recognised coach-specific training and accreditation (e.g., Meta-Coaching, Co-Active Coaching, Coach Masters Academy, Master Coaching Certification, Professional Coaching Certification).
  • •Experience coaching individuals across different levels, not only senior leaders.
  • •Strong transformational coaching capability, including exploring root causes beneath surface-level behaviours.
  • •Available full-time, Mondays to Fridays, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Philippine Time.
