Inspire associates to build clientele, improve customer retention, and deliver an excellent, customer-first shopping experience. Manage day-to-day sales floor operations, monitor KPI feedback using NPS, and uphold inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inbound/outbound tracking. Support merchandising standards, loss prevention expectations, and coaching/onboarding to improve associate performance.
