Key Responsibilities

  • •Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while actively leading by example on the sales floor.
  • •Inspire associates to generate clientele, maximize customer retention, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • •Maintain extraordinary customer feedback scores through NPS and act as a brand ambassador aligned to company values.
  • •Uphold inventory accuracy with cycle counts and oversee inbound/outbound receiving and product removal; track BOH fulfillment and metrics.
  • •Support loss prevention, store operational procedures/weekly workflow, merchandising standards, and coach/onboard associates to improve performance.
