Job Summary

Administer a portfolio of complex federal government contracts supporting strategic initiatives throughout the post-award lifecycle. Partner with Program Management, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to keep contractual obligations aligned with execution. Prepare and maintain contract modifications, correspondence, deliverables, and contract files, while identifying risks and performance or compliance issues early. Maintain contract records and reporting, and help improve contract management templates and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Independently administer a portfolio of complex federal government contracts throughout the post-award lifecycle.
•Partner cross-functionally to ensure contractual obligations remain aligned with program execution and customer commitments.
•Prepare, coordinate, and maintain contract modifications, correspondence, deliverables, notifications, and required documentation.
•Identify contractual risks, performance concerns, and compliance issues early and escalate appropriately.
•Maintain accurate contract records, reporting, and internal tracking to provide visibility into status, milestones, obligations, and upcoming actions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 126,000 - 154,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
•7–10 years administering U.S. Government contracts and/or commercial contracts.
•Experience supporting pre-award negotiations and managing post-award contract execution.
•Working knowledge of federal acquisition regulations, contract modifications, funding actions, deliverables, and contract administration practices.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
