Key Responsibilities

  • •Run a full recruiting desk by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for mission-critical roles.
  • •Partner with client groups on headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience, or an associate degree and 6+ years, or 7+ years recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.

  • •Full life cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to closing.
  • •Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineers.
  • •Comfort reviewing, evaluating, and reporting on recruiting data.
