Job Summary

Provide strategic support for a line of business or staff area by leading internal consulting projects. You’ll design workplans, perform targeted research, analyze complex issues, and help craft recommendations on strategy development, growth, organizational design, operating models, and business transformation. Partner with strategy and business teams to monitor industry trends, support strategic planning and executive communication, and track initiative progress while ensuring risks are managed.

•Monitor and assess external trends through industry and competitive research, communicating insights and supporting leadership recommendations.
•Assist with strategic and operational planning, including development and communication of the organization’s plan.
•Contribute to strategy communication and alignment across senior management, employees, and stakeholders, including support for strategy offsites.
•Monitor and report on progress of strategic initiatives, and help ensure business risks are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled per risk/compliance policies.

•Analyze complex problems and develop clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
•Advanced communication and presentation skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
•Proficient knowledge in project management and ability to influence business decisions.
