Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of innovative technology products within the Legal Innovations & Product organization.
  • •Collaborate with software engineers, data analysts, risk officers, and legal specialists to define product specifications and drive technology adoption.
  • •Conduct market and user research to identify legal tech trends, automation opportunities, and workflow efficiencies.
  • •Own and prioritize the product roadmap and feature backlogs, making strategic tradeoffs between business goals and technical feasibility.
  • •Serve as product manager for a cross-functional pod, guiding iterative delivery each sprint and delivering user-centric legal tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,200 - 126,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 1 year of product management experience, or 1 year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
  • •Translate business strategy/analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • •Experience working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process.
  • •Experience powering digital experiences on core product platforms.
