Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Finance and Human Resources to build the bottoms-up U.S. People Budget using ZBB.
  • •Partner with BU CFO & CPO and lead monthly discussions presenting BU Results for People Spend.
  • •Maintain relationships with HR and Finance stakeholders, improving processes and providing visibility into forecasting trends.
  • •Prepare monthly full-year forecast builds and support the monthly accounting close with analytical review of financial results.
  • •Perform ad hoc analyses, lead process improvement projects, and create financial training for HR stakeholders.

Key Requirements
