Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct product training for new launches and lead client education events and seminars to improve client knowledge of financial markets and solutions.
  • •Follow the needs-based sales process to deliver a meaningful and consistent wealth experience and an outstanding client experience.
  • •Support relationship managers to build trust, deepen relationships, and broaden client engagements through advanced technical expertise.
  • •Perform portfolio reviews with RMs to assess product suitability and evaluate market and regulatory change impacts, identifying opportunities and managing risks.
  • •Independently complete insurance-related transactions for clients that only have insurance needs during meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum six years of working experience as a product specialist or financial advisor, or at least one year as a Sub-branch Manager in WPB.
  • •Deep knowledge of complex financial solutions and products, including financial markets and regulatory requirements relevant to the products.
  • •Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and deliver needs-based solutions through a consultative sales process.
  • •Solid understanding of global Anti-money Laundering standards.
  • •Specialization in one or more product categories (e.g., Estate Planning, Retirement, Protection, Education) plus knowledge of local and Group compliance regulation.
