Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment to prepare beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and macchiato.
  • •Grind and measure coffee beans for freshness and consistent flavor extraction.
  • •Steam and froth milk to the correct texture and temperature, including foam art as requested.
  • •Take customer orders, provide recommendations, and answer questions about menu items and coffee blends.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and sanitation, restock supplies, and process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years working experience with 2 years of relevant barista experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, blends, and brewing methods including espresso extraction and milk steaming.
  • •Ability to operate espresso machines and brewing equipment, grind/measure beans, and steam/froth milk to required texture and temperature.
  • •Excellent customer service skills, including taking accurate orders and providing recommendations based on preferences.
