Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot hardware issues down to circuit card assembly, server, switch, and component levels, including analog/digital/power circuitry and interfaces.
•Perform technical evaluations of hardware to categorize failures and disposition failing hardware in a timely manner.
•Prioritize and execute improvement opportunities.
•Communicate hardware and program status updates to program leadership.
•Partner on development of test equipment and establish test requirements and procedures, including supporting system integration efforts (travel up to 25%).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent STEM degree) obtained prior to start.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance within 1 year of employment; U.S. citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.
•Experience analyzing technical data and schematic drawings to support troubleshooting efforts.
•Familiarity with standard engineering lab equipment.
•Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
