Customer Service Delivery Advocate - Albany, NY

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors and serve as a positive, customer-facing advocate throughout the delivery experience. You’ll load and unload custom car haulers, inspect equipment for safe operation, complete customer paperwork, and enter detailed notes into the customer tracking system. Work rotating shifts up to 7 days/week while driving safely and maintaining a clean record under Carvana’s CMV driver policy.
