Drive growth for TikTok Shop Live by designing and executing seller live strategies that increase sustained GMV. Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Design and execute Seller Live strategies to drive sustained GMV growth aligned with platform commerce objectives.
•Analyze live-streaming performance metrics and use insights to optimize content strategy and improve conversion efficiency.
•Own end-to-end live planning and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sellers, including day-to-day communication, execution, and performance coaching.
•Identify growth opportunities in the existing seller portfolio by expanding live commerce adoption, increasing participation in priority initiatives, and driving incremental GMV via upsell and optimization.
•Stay current on live trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, and collaborate with XFN teams to align seller promotions with broader initiatives for scalable, long-term category growth.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) and 3+ years in e-commerce, social media platforms, or digital content across social media or e-commerce sides.
•Proven track record in business development and sales within live-streaming, e-commerce, media, or digital marketing.
•Strong understanding of 1-to-1 and 1-to-few relationship building between tech platforms and sellers.
•Independently manage time and multiple initiatives; curious, self-motivated, and bias-for-action.
•Preferred: strong understanding of e-commerce live-streaming platforms/technologies and industry trends, with experience operating in ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
