Key Responsibilities

•Lead power planning, budgeting and distribution for workstation motherboards
•Design and validate regulator control loops, ensuring stability, startup and transient response efficiency
•Own technical aspects of PSU and VR design and oversee related electrical design for premium platforms
•Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including system, mechanical, thermal, firmware and software engineering
•Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting to reach root cause on difficult issues

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 93,400 - 135,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
•5+ years of professional experience in power or voltage regulation design
•Strong understanding of regulator control loops, their stability, start-up, transient response, and efficiency
•Skill in power planning, budgeting, and distribution within PCB material
•Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with cross‑functional collaboration
