Job Summary

Translate business needs and stakeholder priorities into actionable requirements for the ServiceNow platform. Own requirements and backlog refinement, supporting sprint planning, testing/UAT, defect triage, and end-to-end requirement traceability. Analyze current and future workflows across ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, ITOM, GRC) and ensure governance, security, compliance, and adoption readiness. Partner with architects, process owners, SIAM teams, and delivery partners to deliver business-aligned enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with stakeholders and process owners to capture, clarify, and translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional requirements, and backlog items.
•Support future-state workflow design and align requirements with practical, scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
•Maintain and refine the product backlog, support sprint planning and backlog grooming, and handle build clarifications and functional reviews.
•Define and support test scenarios, UAT planning, defect triage, business validation, and track requirement traceability through delivery and adoption.
•Ensure governance and compliance alignment for requirements and process designs, support impact assessments, manage risks/dependencies, and prepare stakeholders for adoption.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in enterprise IT platforms.
•Strong experience working with ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, or platform operations.
•Good understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB) with exposure to HRSD, CSM, SPM, ITOM, GRC, or Legal Service Delivery as an advantage.
•Proven ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business requirements, and functional specifications.
•Experience working in Agile delivery models (sprint ceremonies), backlog management, UAT, and release support.
