Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
  • •Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships using pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up, and referrals.
  • •Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
  • •Educate customers on optimizing their use of bank technology, including online, mobile, and ATM banking.
  • •Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies, and adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service and sales in banking/financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or military service in a related role.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year or more in customer service and sales in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail or business-to-business sales (preferred).
  • •Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
  • •Demonstrates acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, and presentation skills.
  • •Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services; knowledge of consumer and business deposit products (preferred).
