Job Summary

Drive an exceptional in-store guest experience by assessing guest needs, coaching the team, and delivering sales and engagement targets. Build and maintain customer relationships daily while analyzing reports to shape action plans and address gaps. Partner with Operations and Visual Leads to manage budgets, expenses, inventory, vendors, technology, and facilities. Lead and develop Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, using performance tools to provide feedback and growth guidance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor through guest connection assessment and technical product education, coaching team members to close gaps.
•Build daily customer relationships and deliver results by analyzing reports and strategizing with action plans.
•Ensure effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives throughout the store as needed.
•Partner with Operations and Visual Leads to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
•Directly oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, including recruitment and development, and use performance tools to evaluate and provide constant feedback in partnership with the store leader.

•Prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
•Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making.
•Values feedback, is receptive to receiving feedback, and eager to provide it.
•Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.
•Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
