Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain detailed mechanical BIM models for building services across project portfolios.
  • •Create and update HVAC, chilled water distribution, ventilation, and smoke management model elements and assemblies.
  • •Develop and maintain Revit families and parametric components, and generate drawings, sections, and schedules from models.
  • •Support clash detection activities through model preparation and clean-up, while maintaining model standards, libraries, and templates.
  • •Ensure model compliance with project BIM execution plans and support BIM coordination, tender, and construction documentation via accurate outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
  • •3-5 years' experience in BIM modelling within a building services environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of mechanical building services systems and their BIM representation.
  • •Proficiency in BIM tools including Revit (MEP specialism), AutoCAD, and Navisworks; Dynamo is advantageous.
  • •Experience developing and maintaining Revit families and templates, with understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2/LOD standards.
